About the Role
This is not a back-office job. You will work directly with the founder, serve as the engine of our internal operations, and touch nearly all company functions: finance, compliance, supply chain, vendor management, operations, and business development support. You will be the go-to person to handle the day-to-day non-technical activities of the company.

The Work
You will own the following.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using Zoho or similar software
Prepare and track invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
Coordinate with CA and CS for GST filings, TDS, MCA compliance, and shareholder requirements
Assist in preparing financial summaries and MIS reports
Stay updated and implement financial best practices
PURCHASE & SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS
Scout, evaluate, and onboard vendors for electronic components, mechanical parts, and packaging
Raise purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain inventory records
Coordinate shipping logistics for customer orders — domestic dispatch and documentation
Track and manage incoming shipments of imported components
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Maintain prospect database of OEM leads and contacts
Assist with drafting NDAs, introductory emails, and standard client communications
Support the preparation of pitch collaterals, presentations, and proposals
FOUNDER'S OFFICE & GENERAL OPS
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: travel bookings, document filing, coordination
Track open tasks and deadlines across functions and flag what needs founder attention
Own special projects assigned directly by the founder
We are looking for someone with
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
1–2 years of hands-on accounting or finance operations experience
Working knowledge of Zoho or equivalent accounting software
Knowledge and know-how of ITR, GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, Chart of accounts, Expense categorisation, MCA Compliances, Balance sheets and company laws
Fluency in written and spoken English
Comfortable with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Strong ownership mindset — you follow things through without being reminded
Bonus if you have
Locally based in Rajkot or willing to relocate immediately
Prior experience in a startup, trading, or manufacturing environment
Exposure to procurement or vendor coordination
