About the Role
This is not a back-office job. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder, drive sales follow-ups and outreach, run the company’s marketing pipeline, and keep operations and vendor coordination moving. You will own outreach to UAV OEMs, defence contractors, and government leads. And contribute in non-technical tasks as we grow and scale. The Work
You will own the following.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES SUPPORT
Build and maintain a prospect database of UAV OEMs, and leads
Run outreach over email, LinkedIn, and calls
Coordinate client demos, schedule meetings, and track leads
Draft introductory emails, NDAs, and standard client communications
Help prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposals for OEM and government engagements
OPERATIONS & VENDOR COORDINATION
Scout, evaluate, and onboard vendors for electronic components, mechanical parts, and packaging
Raise purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain inventory records
Coordinate shipping logistics for customer orders — domestic dispatch, imports, and documentation
Track incoming shipments and chase vendors until items land on time
MARKETING & CONTENT
Coordinate for social media content pipeline — from idea to scripting to live to analysed
Track engagement, inbound leads, and follower growth across the company and founder accounts
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions and demonstrations
FOUNDER’S OFFICE, FINANCE FOLLOWUPS & GENERAL OPS
Submit invoices and expenses to the accountant; follow up on GST filings, TDS, and compliance deadlines
Handle day-to-day admin: travel bookings, document filing, founder calendar, and task tracking across functions
Own special projects assigned directly by the founder
We are looking for someone with
MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, Marketing, or related preferred)
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or operations
Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be writing emails to clients, investors, and government officials
Strong communication skills — comfortable making cold calls, writing follow-up emails, and not taking “no response” as the final answer
Hustler attitude — relentless follow-through, persistence, and willingness to do whatever it takes to close the loop
Comfortable with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and basic productivity tools (ClickUp, Notion, or similar)
Strong ownership mindset — you follow things through without being reminded
Bonus if you have
Locally based in Rajkot or willing to relocate immediately
Prior experience in B2B sales, BD, marketing, content, or a startup environment
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or basic invoicing/GST workflows
